Role Overview
The Koru Collective is seeking an organised, proactive and dependable Operations Manager & Executive Support professional.
The role works closely with the CEO to keep clients, projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The position combines operations, client-programme coordination, financial administration and confidential executive support.
What You Will Do
- Manage diaries, meetings, coaching sessions, travel and CEO commitments.
- Coordinate client programmes, workshops, retreats and events.
- Support client communications, proposals, tenders, presentations and reports.
- Maintain systems, trackers, files, documentation and project actions.
- Raise invoices and monitor payments, expenses and recurring financial activities through Xero.
- Coordinate suppliers, subscriptions, website, marketing and general business administration.
- Provide executive and personal administration support to the CEO.
- Support occasional events requiring one or two nights away and travel outside the UK.
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in operations, business support, executive support, project coordination or a similar role is essential.
