Summary: The Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of multiple retail locations by overseeing daily operations, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
This position is essential to the company’s growth strategy, focusing on operational excellence, sales performance, and continuous improvement across the retail cluster.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in retail operations, capable of managing complex workflows, motivating teams, and executing business strategies to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail branches
- Support store teams in achieving sales targets and business goals
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service standards across all locations
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Train and guide staff to maintain productivity, service quality, and team engagement
- Coordinate with senior management on sales strategies, business development, and operational planning
- Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruption
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and overall branch health
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail leadership or operations management
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams across multiple locations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
