- Create clear, engaging content for websites, software interfaces, marketing materials, user guides, FAQs, and internal documents
- Research products and services to inform content
- Draft and revise copy
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align content with product features
- Ensure all materials follow company branding and tone guidelines
- Proofread and edit existing content
- Organize information for usability
- Work with cross functional teams to support product launches, customer communication, and documentation updates
Requirements
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for technical and non technical audiences
- Experience with web and digital content, including website copy, product descriptions, and basic UX focused messaging
- Proficiency in researching topics, organizing information logically, and translating complex concepts into easy to understand language
- Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency across documents
- Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and refine content
- Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with software, technology, or SaaS products is an advantage
- Willingness to learn about GPS tracking, real estate, and other domain specific software solutions offered by the company
