- Strong writing skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content for technical and non technical audiences
- Experience with web and digital content, including website copy and product descriptions
- Proficiency in researching topics and translating complex concepts into easy to understand language
- Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency
- Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Good command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Writer role based in Coimbatore. The Writer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging content for websites, software interfaces, marketing materials, user guides, FAQs, and internal documents.
Day to Day Activities
- Researching products and services.
- Drafting and revising copy.
- Collaborating with designers and developers to align content with product features.
- Ensuring all materials follow company branding and tone guidelines.
- Proofreading and editing existing content.
- Organizing information for usability.
- Working with cross functional teams to support product launches, customer communication, and documentation updates.
Qualifications
- Strong writing skills for technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience with web and digital content.
- Proficiency in researching topics and translating complex concepts.
- Attention to detail in grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with software, technology, or SaaS products is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about GPS tracking, real estate, and other domain specific software solutions.
