Overview
- We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in retail life insurance operations, with seniority and technical capability, specifically within retail insurance.
- The ideal candidate should:
- Have worked with at least two insurance companies, with at least one being an international insurance provider
- Possess strong product knowledge and technical understanding of retail life insurance processes
- Be confident in handling advisors and insurers from both a product and process standpoint
Additional Criteria
- Years of experience: 7–12 years minimum
- Salary range: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month plus standard benefits
- Preference: Candidates with strong product and process knowledge will be prioritized
