Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and email correspondence
  • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and follow up on orders
  • Collect and file tax invoices from vendors and suppliers
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain proper records
  • Assist in flight bookings, hotel reservations, and team meal planning
  • Manage office supplies and ensure administrative tasks are handled efficiently

Requirements

  • 2 3 years of experience in a front desk or admin role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with vendor communication
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail

Salary

  • AED 6,000/month
