About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations, manage teams, and optimize supply chain processes. The role requires 5-6 years of experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Lead, train, and supervise logistics, warehouse, and transport teams
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze logistics performance using KPIs such as on time delivery, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local/international transportation regulations
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with logistics service providers and freight carriers
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and customer complaints efficiently
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management
Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Proven team leadership and operational management
- Supply chain and logistics management knowledge
- Warehouse and inventory control experience
- Transportation and fleet management experience
- Budgeting and cost optimization skills
- Data analysis and KPI reporting skills
- ERP/WMS/TMS proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
