- Identify and approach potential clients for cleaning services (commercial, residential, and industrial).
- Generate new business leads through calls, visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet clients to understand their cleaning requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase company revenue.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to assess cleaning requirements and prepare accurate service proposals.
- Coordinate with operations team for service scheduling and client requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and handle service related concerns.
- Maintain sales records, client database, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
