About the Role
FITT Meals is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Logistics and Fulfilment functions for its DTC and B2B operations. The role involves managing fleet, dispatch, route optimization, and fulfilment processes while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead day to day logistics and transport operation
- Manage fleet performance, dispatch, and route optimisation
- Ensure on time, cost effective delivery performance
- Improve fleet utilisation and driver productivity
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead fulfilment operation across DTC and B2B channels
- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, quality checked, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Improve fulfilment accuracy, labour productivity, and operational efficiency
- Develop scalable fulfilment processes that support business growth
- Reduce operational errors while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and operational staff
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience leading logistics, fulfilment, or distribution operations
- Previous leadership experience within food manufacturing, meal production, food distribution, FMCG, or food service industry
- Proven experience managing fleet, dispatch, fulfilment, and distribution operations
- Experienced in leading high performing operational teams
- Strong understanding of KPIs, workforce planning, and operational performance
- Full Manual UAE Driver Licence
- UAE work experience
- Proficiency with productivity tools like email, excel/sheets, word/docs

- Alongside our market leading Direct to Consumer (DTC) meal plans, we operate a growing Business to Business (B2B) division, providing food production, fulfilment, and distribution solutions for corporate clients, schools, sports organisations, and strategic partners.
- As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Logistics and Fulfilment functions.

About You
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading logistics, fulfilment, or distribution operations.

- Is experienced in leading high performing operational teams.
- Has a strong understanding of KPIs, workforce planning, and operational performance.
- Has a continuous improvement mindset and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
- Is confident using data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Is an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across departments.
