streamline vendor management, optimize software costs, and centralize contract data through

our proprietary internal platform.

We’re growing quickly, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in data-heavy

environments, loves creating structure from chaos, and can build automated systems that

scale.

Clean, validate, and maintain complex datasets

Consolidate fragmented vendor, contract, and spend data into a unified structure

Build systems to ensure data accuracy and freshness

Create repeatable processes for detecting cost optimization opportunities

Build and maintain automations in Zapier, Make, and internal tools

Improve contract workflows and intake processes

Identify opportunities to eliminate manual steps across operations

Develop “fail-safe” automation logic with clear alerts and QA paths

Map out internal processes end-to-end

Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for speed and reliability

Document processes in a scalable, readable format
