About Arbhu Enterprises
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in workflows, supply chain, and logistics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, finance) to streamline processes.
Identify gaps and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Prepare regular operational reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in operations management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is highly valuable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- No formal college degree required; hands-on success in improving operations is crucial.
