Operations Executive

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, exports, or supply chain management.

Proven ability to streamline processes , manage multiple moving parts, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.

Comfortable with software tools and automation (Zoho, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms).

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic .

Willingness to travel occasionally for business operations.

End-to-end ownership of operations and exports with measurable impact.

Freedom to design and optimize systems that improve efficiency and scalability.

Access to training on process automation, no-code tools, and export compliance .
