Role Overview
Hands-on Operations Manager role supporting the operational engine of a growing digital-health platform in Abu Dhabi.
The role connects digital products with safe, compliant, and high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily operations, SLAs, turnaround times, quality, and customer experience across digital-health services.
- Build and improve workflows across apps, portals, CRM, scheduling platforms, and field services.
- Coordinate clinical providers, laboratories, pharmacies, logistics partners, and support teams.
- Support teleconsultations, call-centre operations, doctor scheduling, home services, testing, and results delivery.
- Manage incidents and escalations using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support UAT, QA, pilots, launches, training, SOP adoption, and operational handover.
- Translate operational needs into system and backlog requirements with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain chain-of-custody, data-handling, quality, and regulatory controls.
- Provide KPI inputs for dashboards and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of operations, service delivery, or process-management experience.
- Experience building processes involving multiple teams, suppliers, or service providers.
