Role Overview

Administrative and Operational Tasks

• Draft, edit, and organize documents and handle registrations, applications, and other processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows, including setting up simple automation tools.
• Manage founder calendars, travel, and inbox triage.
• Assist with invoice tracking and expense reporting.
• Support retreats, documents, and special projects as needed.

Strategic Partnerships

• Scout for new collaborations and maintain relationships with existing partners, vendors, and the legal team.
• Represent Thaura in external meetings or events when needed.

Customer Success and Insights

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and act as the voice of Thaura.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to product and engineering teams.

• Comfort learning new tools quickly and automating repetitive tasks.
• Strong organization, structure, efficiency, and analytical ability.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and positive approach.
• Previous experience in customer success, operations, or executive assistance is preferred.
• AI or SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• Native or fluent English is required; Arabic is a bonus.
