Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and operational activities.
- Work closely with and report directly to the General Manager on operational matters.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, site, and administrative teams.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between office and site teams.
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.
- Handle administrative and management responsibilities.
- Monitor company policies, documentation, and compliance.
- Report operational updates and issues to senior management.
- Ensure projects and business activities run efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, or similar managerial role.
- Previous experience in an interior design, interior fit-out, construction, or contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of office and project operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UAE experience is preferred.
