The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for an interior design and interior fit-out company.
The role is responsible for efficient, timely, and quality-focused project and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and operational activities.
- Report operational matters directly to the General Manager.
- Coordinate project, design, procurement, site, and administrative teams.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate office and site teams.
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.
- Handle administrative and management responsibilities.
- Monitor policies, documentation, and compliance.
- Report operational updates and issues to senior management.
- Keep projects and business activities efficient and on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience in interior design, interior fit-out, construction, or contracting operations.
- Strong knowledge of office and project operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UAE experience is preferred.
