Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant group and ensure consistent excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
- Ensure operational standards, service quality, and company policies are consistently followed.
- Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant management teams.
- Monitor sales, costs, productivity, and overall outlet performance.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and improvement strategies.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards.
- Coordinate with management on new restaurant openings and operational requirements.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of restaurant teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in opening new restaurants is a MUST.
- Strong experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, cost control, staffing, and service standards.
