Role overview
Comfort IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own project execution and day-to-day operations.
The role covers ELV, ICT, security, automation, and related technical projects.
The position manages multiple projects, engineers, supervisors, and site teams from order confirmation through handover and invoice readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project execution and operational performance.
- Plan and allocate engineering, technician, supervisory, and site resources.
- Monitor timelines, manpower, materials, site progress, and completion.
- Identify delays and implement recovery plans.
- Coordinate with commercial, procurement, store, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and accounts teams.
- Drive testing, commissioning, snag closure, client handover, and invoice readiness.
- Monitor productivity, overtime, rework, and operational efficiency.
- Enforce safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Conduct operational and project review meetings.
- Report project status, risks, and priorities to management.
- Resolve routine operational issues independently and escalate major commercial or management matters.
