Operations Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily valet operations across multiple sites.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor operational staff.
• Plan manpower deployment and workforce scheduling.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, grooming, discipline, and service quality.
• Coordinate with clients, property management, security teams, and other stakeholders.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, incidents, accidents, and vehicle damage claims.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor vehicle, key, ticketing, and parking processes.
• Prepare operational, attendance, incident, manpower, and performance reports.
• Support mobilization of new valet sites and coordinate with HR on staffing.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, communication devices, and other operational resources.
• Improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in valet parking, parking operations, hospitality, transportation, facilities management, or a related industry.
• Experience managing large operational teams and multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, scheduling, and operational performance monitoring.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Large-scale valet or parking operations experience is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
