Role Overview
The Cluster Manager oversees multiple hospitality and valet service locations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The role is responsible for seamless operations, exceptional customer service, efficient transportation management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple hospitality and valet service locations across the cluster.
- Lead teams across sites and cultivate a customer-focused culture.
- Drive operational excellence and efficient transportation management.
- Plan budgets, conduct financial analysis, and monitor performance.
- Travel frequently between cluster locations as required.
- Adapt to changing environments and solve operational problems effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven multi-site management experience in facilities management, security services, valet, transport, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budget planning, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of valet or hospitality experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is required.
