Helm Grow is partnering with a leading shipping line in Dubai to appoint an Operations Manager.
This is a newly created role supporting the growth of the business's regional operations.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day vessel operations, including schedule integrity, port coordination, cost control, and service recovery.
- Work closely with trade, network, and fleet teams to support the regional liner operation.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should already hold Assistant Manager-level experience within a shipping line.
- The role is intended as a step up for an Assistant Manager-level candidate and is not aimed at someone already at Senior Manager level or above.
Workplace
- The role is based in Dubai and works directly within a growing regional liner operation.
