Lead a Tele Sales team to drive revenue and optimize daily operational workflows.
The role is based in Chennai and requires in-person work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage Tele Sales executives against revenue targets.
- Monitor calls, conversion rates, and sales pipelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Train sales representatives on pitches, objection handling, closing, and follow-ups.
- Manage daily operations and streamline workflows.
- Ensure SLA compliance.
- Track KPIs and report weekly performance to leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong background in team leadership, sales coaching, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Excel, and sales or operational metrics.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹30,000-₹50,000 per month.
