Operations & Maintenance Manager (168535)

Significant experience leading operations and maintenance teams within transport, infrastructure, utilities, electrical or asset-intensive environments.

Demonstrated success managing large field-based workforces, supervisors, contractors and operational support teams.

Strong understanding of maintenance delivery, fault response, planning and scheduling within live operational environments.

Proven ability to drive safety, quality, productivity and customer outcomes across complex maintenance contracts.

Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, operational costs, contract performance and risk.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working alongside government clients and external partners.

Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Engineering, Asset Management, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations Management or a related discipline are highly regarded
