Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or business leadership roles within construction, engineering, PMC, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects or portfolios
- Strong background in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and executive level communication
- Proven ability to manage operational performance, resource planning, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, commercial management, contract administration, and risk management principles
- Track record of supporting business development activities
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience working with government entities, major developers, or giga projects is highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI ACP, or equivalent are advantageous

Job Description
- JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and results driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operational activities.
