Job Description

  • JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and results driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operational activities.
  • The role ensures successful delivery of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provides strategic leadership across project execution, client engagement, team management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a key point of contact for project and business related matters.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high performance culture.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and utilization across multiple projects.
  • Support business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development strategies, client presentations, and proposals.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or business leadership roles within construction, engineering, PMC, consultancy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects or portfolios.
  • Strong background in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and executive level communication.
  • Proven ability to manage operational performance, resource planning, and delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, commercial management, contract administration, and risk management principles.
  • Track record of supporting business development activities.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience working with government entities, major developers, or giga projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience within a PMC or engineering consultancy environment.

  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian construction market, regulatory environment, and key public sector stakeholders.
