Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Director on key operational and strategic initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business productivity.
- Analyze operational data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in designing and implementing process optimization frameworks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Support ad-hoc business and operational requirements as needed.
- Duration : 3-6 months
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech degree.
Open to all specializations except Computer Science/Information Science.
Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineering colleges preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Prior internship/project experience in operations, consulting, analytics, or project management will be an added advantage.
