Operations - Housekeeping Attendant (Everclean)

Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean meeting rooms, banquet halls, washrooms, garbage areas, hallways, common areas, parkades, and exterior surfaces.
• Operate auto scrubbers and perform floor stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and high-level glass cleaning as required.
• Follow cleaning schedules, maintain logs, report maintenance and safety issues, and complete incident reports.
• Use and store chemicals safely, maintain equipment and inventory, and request supplies as needed.
• Perform high dusting and other reasonable duties as requested.

Key Requirements

• Availability according to event requirements, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but training is provided for specialized duties.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Education

• Ability to safely operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to attend work regularly and consistently.
• Ability to understand and implement janitorial policies and procedures.
