Role Overview
Operations Executive responsible for UAE business setup and company formation processes.
The role is based in Dubai and is full-time.
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations for UAE company formation and business setup.
- Manage Mainland, Free Zone, and other business setup applications.
- Coordinate with free zones, government authorities, and relevant departments.
- Prepare, verify, and submit formation documents and applications.
- Follow up on trade licences, establishment cards, visas, and related processes.
- Coordinate with PRO, sales, and internal teams for client onboarding.
- Track applications and complete operational tasks on time.
- Maintain records, resolve issues, and provide updates to clients and teams.
- Stay current on UAE procedures, regulations, and government requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in UAE business setup or corporate services.
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures.
- Experience with Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
- Familiarity with trade licences, visas, establishment cards, and related processes.
