Job Overview
JP Global LLC is seeking an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
The role is full-time and based in Dubai, UAE, with in-person work required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Assist with payroll processing and salary-related coordination.
- Support employee relations and respond to day-to-day HR queries.
- Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and other HR paperwork.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with management and other departments on HR matters.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE experience in HR, human resources, HR administration, or recruitment.
- Hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of onboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
