Role Description
EFTCO is seeking an analytical, proactive, and process-driven operations professional.
The role optimizes internal workflows, monitors operational KPIs, and supports cross-functional business initiatives.
The position is described as entry-to-mid level and works with operations, supply chain, department, and product or service leads.
Core Responsibilities
- Map business processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain operational dashboards and track project milestones.
- Coordinate vendor and logistics workflows.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving and throughput improvements.
- Update standard operating procedures.
- Assist with vendor SLA compliance.
- Ensure seamless cross-departmental communication.
- Troubleshoot operational disruptions and implement immediate countermeasures.
Education and Operations Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Practical understanding of business operations, process mapping, workflow automation, and cross-functional project management.
