Role Description
The role supports daily business operations, cross-functional KPI tracking, workflow improvement, and project alignment.

Core Responsibilities
- Optimize daily business operations and drive continuous workflow improvements.
- Track cross-functional KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Streamline standard operating procedures and maintain central process documentation.
- Monitor deliverables across internal teams and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare weekly operational performance reports and executive dashboards.
- Audit workflow compliance and implement practical process improvements.
- Coordinate operational logistics for new business rollouts.
- Manage cross-departmental action items, milestone deadlines, and change-management activities.
- Coordinate external service providers and track operational contracts.
- Present operational insights to stakeholders and align multidisciplinary teams.
