Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive with experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will support the Operations Manager in managing customer relationships, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of air, sea, and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager in handling and retaining existing customers
  • Coordinate and manage Air, Sea, and Land freight operations (import & export)
  • Promote and expand freight services across general cargo segments
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly performance reports
  • Support in preparation of bids, tenders, and contracts
  • Plan and execute cargo movement in coordination with local and international partners
  • Ensure end-to-end shipment handling across all transport modes
  • Work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics operations
  • Based in Dubai with hands-on experience in local operations
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Air, Sea, and Land import/export procedures
  • Dubai trade systems and portals such as **Mirsal**, **Dubai Trade**, and **Calogi** *(mandatory)*
  • Experience handling cargo for Oil & Gas, Energy sector, and multinational companies
  • Ability to plan and execute freight clearing and forwarding operations efficiently
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • Presentable, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

  • Freight Forwarding Operations: 1 year (Required)
  • Mirsal, Dubai Trade, and Calogi: 1 year (Required)

Language

  • Tagalog (Required)
