Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our entertainment branches, events, and kiosks across Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations.
The ideal candidate should be able to handle coordination, reporting, staff follow-up, quotations, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily branch and event operations
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and operational activities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and client requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Support event execution and mall/kiosk coordination
- Prepare operational reports and update management regularly
- Follow up on maintenance, printing, and setup requirements
- Ensure proper stock movement and inventory coordination
- Assist with permits, approvals, and documentation when required
- Handle client and branch support queries professionally
- Ensure smooth execution of activities and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Operations/Admin/Event Management
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations or coordination role
- Knowledge in preparing quotations and basic costing
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
- UAE experience is preferred
- Driving license is an advantage
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
