About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive client handovers from the Sales Team and verify signed agreements and payment confirmations
- Process business setup applications across Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions
- Coordinate the complete visa application process including Entry Permit, Status Change, Medical Fitness Test, Emirates ID Biometrics, and Visa Issuance
- Prepare documentation required for corporate bank account applications and coordinate with banking partners
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and free zones regarding client applications
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding application progress and respond promptly to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal tracking systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, PRO Services, Corporate Services, or a related administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Receive client handovers from the Sales Team, verify signed agreements and payment confirmations, create and maintain accurate client files, ensure all required documentation is collected before processing.
- Company Formation: Process business setup applications across Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions, coordinate with licensing authorities for trade name reservations, initial approvals, MOA preparation, license issuance, and related procedures, track each application through to completion.
- Visa Processing: Coordinate the complete visa application process including Entry Permit, Status Change, Medical Fitness Test, Emirates ID Biometrics, Visa Issuance, schedule appointments and guide clients throughout each stage.
- Corporate Banking Support: Prepare documentation required for corporate bank account applications, coordinate with banking partners for appointments and compliance requirements, assist clients with KYC documentation and follow up requests.
- Government & Free Zone Coordination: Liaise with relevant government authorities and free zones regarding client applications, monitor application progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates regarding application progress, respond promptly to client inquiries, ensure a professional and exceptional customer experience.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Finance, PROs, Compliance, and Management, ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Operations Management: Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal tracking systems, monitor deadlines, prepare daily and weekly operational reports when required.
Requirements
- Essential: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, PRO Services, Corporate Services, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience with UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formations.
- Knowledge of UAE visa processing procedures.
- Familiarity with corporate banking documentation.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
