About the Role
Bizhub is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Executive to build online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
- Brainstorm unique content ideas every week and research viral content and trends
- Write short form scripts with strong hooks, storytelling, and clear calls to action
- Create content including Reels, TikToks, talking head videos, behind the scenes, podcasts, and more
- Manage and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Suggest filming ideas, plan shoots, direct camera angles, and improve video flow
- Stay updated on social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team every week
Requirements
- Excellent English writing skills
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator tools, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn content publishing
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Understanding of storytelling and human psychology

Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm unique content ideas every week.
- Research viral content and trends.
- Develop fresh concepts that stand out from competitors.
- Turn complex business topics into simple, engaging stories.
- Write short form scripts including strong hooks, storytelling, real life examples, relatable scenarios, POV concepts, self involvement storytelling, humour, and clear calls to action.
- Create content including Reels, TikToks, talking head videos, behind the scenes, office life, podcasts, client success stories, business tips, entrepreneur lifestyle, street interviews, educational videos, and trend based content.
- Manage and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule content, write captions, select hashtags, upload content, monitor performance, and repurpose content for different platforms.
- Suggest filming ideas, plan shoots, direct camera angles, improve video flow, suggest B roll, and identify trending formats.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, Instagram trends, viral hooks, editing styles, audio trends, business creator content, and competitor analysis.
- Help position Bizhub as a trusted business consultancy brand by producing authentic, educational, entertaining, relatable, and shareable content.
