Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B shipments for selected quick commerce, marketplace, and retail channels.
- Coordinate with channel points of contact regarding delivery appointments and issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding relevant documents.
- Handle ad hoc activities related to marketplace and retail operations.
What We Look For
- Experience in ecommerce or retail operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- One to two years of experience handling logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.
