What You'll Do
The Fleet Reliability Operations Team provisions, updates, and triages server nodes and executes processes and tooling that configure and validate the server fleet.
The team responds first to production hardware issues and drives automation and observability priorities for the server fleet lifecycle.
The Operations Engineering Manager will scale the team and its delivery as CoreWeave expands its fleet.
Manager Responsibilities
- Build and lead a 24/7 team of process-oriented, reliability-focused, and observability-focused engineers.
- Document consistent processes for provisioning, validating, and troubleshooting server fleet nodes.
- Advocate for process and automation improvements, prioritizing event-driven automated remediation.
- Provide 24/7 engineering support for high-criticality, time-sensitive node delivery and maintenance.
- Improve onboarding, documentation, enablement, and performance management to support employee growth.
- Shape team communication and support culture while enabling the broader CoreWeave organization.
Who You Are
- Seven or more years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, including at least two years in a leadership capacity.
