Operational leadership
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Oversee daily operations across departments and functions.
- Lead department heads, operational teams, and cross-functional employees.
- Establish operational goals, targets, budgets, and performance objectives.
Performance and improvement
- Monitor productivity, service quality, costs, and key performance indicators.
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Review operational reports, performance data, financial information, and management dashboards.
