Role Overview
Andrea Wazen is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Operations and Data Analysis Manager to join its Dubai team.
The role combines operations, commercial analysis, inventory management, and wholesale and retail performance.
The position requires translating data into clear operational actions across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.
Sales and Data Analysis
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.
- Monitor sell-through, sales performance, stock cover, weeks of supply, stock turn, and inventory levels.
- Identify best sellers, slow movers, stock gaps, replenishment opportunities, and performance trends.
- Analyze performance by product, category, collection, market, customer, and sales channel.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools and provide commercial insights to management.
Inventory and Stock Management
- Maintain an accurate overview of inventory across all locations and channels.
- Recommend reorders, replenishments, and stock transfers based on stock availability and demand.
- Identify overstock and understock situations and recommend corrective actions.
