We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Coordinator to support multiple business functions, including purchasing, logistics, inside sales, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and order placement of materials and equipment
Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Track purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods
Manages the inventory write-downs with manager assistance to minimize their financial impact on the Business Centre;
Analyses and quickly corrects inventory discrepancies;
Working with the Business Centre Manager and salespeople, evaluates new products and product lines, and recommends them;
Maintains the integrity of special SKU costs in the system;
Keeps supplier data (special costing, lead-time, etc.) up-to-date;
Creates new stock SKU’s when needed;

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
