Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities between departments and site teams
- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Coordinate with projects, maintenance, procurement, and stores for operational requirements
- Track manpower allocation, material availability, and equipment requirements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain operational records, documentation, and service reports
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues
- Support the Operations Manager in planning, scheduling, and improving operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in operations coordination (UAE experience preferred)
- Experience in Fire Protection, MEP, Facilities Management, or Construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or operational management software is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
