About the Role
Mohebi Martin Brower Logistics seeks an Operations Coordinator in Dubai to oversee warehouse activities, ensure safety compliance, train staff, and coordinate inbound/outbound operations.

Responsibilities
- Strictly adhere to company safety and quality standards, including SMETA SCHR and DQMP guidelines
- Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any issues or faults
- Train staff on QIP Process and Product handling to minimize product damage
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse staff (pickers, receivers, helpers, etc.)
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and movement of goods using FIFO/FEFO principles
- Verify shipment documentation, order accuracy, and inventory records
- Collaborate with transport teams to schedule deliveries such as Add on, Spl Deliveries
- Maintain records of receipts, issues, returns, and DLS
- Ensure regular Pick Phase expiry validation are conducted and recorded
- Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety policies, including use of PPE and safe handling procedures
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to avoid hazards
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (SMETA, SCHR, DQMP)
- Ability to train staff on QIP process and product handling

- Train staff on QIP Process and Product handling to minimize product damage.
