- Coordinate import and export shipment clearance activities with freight and clearance team
- Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with destination country regulations
- Coordinate cargo collection, packing, and shipment scheduling
- Monitor export shipments until final delivery
- Liaise with customers regarding shipment schedules and notify for major delays
- Coordinate import/export shipments from suppliers to destination warehouses
Requirements
- Experience in export/import coordination
- Knowledge of export documentation and destination country regulations
- Ability to monitor shipment schedules and track progress
- Strong coordination and communication skills
