About the Role
Gateway Gulf Land Transport is seeking an Operations Coordinator with 7-8 years of experience in transport operations. The role involves managing fleet reports, vehicle breakdowns, and driver movements for ADNOC sites.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage day to day operational activities, such as fleet report, vehicle breakdown
- Manage fleet report on daily basis of more than 400 vehicles working on ADNOC sites
- Find and analyze cause of any vehicle breakdown and make sure to make it ready on urgent basis
- Able to handle operator/driver management & movement
- Make sure to look after all equipment/vehicle to work smoothly
- Able to make decision for future progress
- Reporting to the Operations Manager & General Manager
- Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships
Requirements
- 7/8 years of experience in transport operations
- Strong knowledge regarding Oil and Gas field, ADNOC & CICPA
- Master or related degree
