Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities, manpower coordination, and communication between clients, site teams, and office staff.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational and manpower activities

Maintain attendance, deployment, and operational records

Communicate with clients regarding site requirements and updates

Prepare operational reports using MS Office applications

Coordinate with site supervisors and employees for smooth workflow

Handle documentation, data entry, and administrative support

Monitor employee schedules and site allocations

Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • **Locally available candidates preferred**
