Operations Coordinator

Respond promptly to telephone, in-person, and electronic inquiries or direct appropriately

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and internal documentation

Support planning and execution of storewide and departmental meetings, projects, and events

Liaise with vendors and other Healthy Planet stores to track orders and deliveries

Monitor store order-related communications and respond professionally

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards

Assist with operational and Loss Prevention activities as required

Manage store invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness

Investigate and resolve open purchase orders pending for 7+ days

Track missing invoices older than 21 days and escalate as needed

Coordinate store credits and communicate with Head Office Credit Department

Maintain precise DIST001 warehouse transfer and inventory documentation

Support inventory control on sales floor and warehouse

Assist in receiving and shipment verification by comparing invoices to deliveries

Completion of required Lessonly training modules

Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives

Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and operational accuracy

Proactive and solutions-focused when tackling administrative challenges

Friendly and professional when interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders
