Driver and Operations Management
- Monitor driver compliance, address issues, and report to management.
- Directly supervise drivers and ensure adherence to daily work schedules.
- Organize driver schedules and allocate tasks and routes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Resolve daily challenges faced by drivers during operations.
Client and Service Coordination
- Engage with current and prospective clients to assess their needs and coordinate with the direct manager.
- Coordinate between drivers and clients to maintain service quality and agreement adherence.
- Monitor customer complaints related to drivers and work on resolving and reporting them.
Vehicles and Driver Readiness
- Manage vehicle commitments, including receiving and delivering vehicles to drivers using established templates.
- Escalate vehicle negotiation matters to management.
- Monitor overall vehicle condition and alert management to maintenance needs.
- Ensure driver readiness through license, documentation, and regulatory compliance checks.
Reporting and Emergency Support
- Monitor driver performance and submit regular compliance and efficiency reports.
- Prepare daily reports for management to assess current status and workflow.
- Coordinate with management during emergencies, natural disasters, and high-pressure situations.
- Train and guide new drivers on operational procedures and service requirements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication.
- Effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
