Requirements
- Experience in luxury yachting or marine operations
- Proven commercial and sales management experience
- Knowledge of UAE maritime laws and safety regulations

Role Overview
- We are seeking an elite dual threat professional to serve as our Operations & Commercial Manager.
- This role requires a unique blend of operational precision and commercial acumen.
- Responsible for ensuring fleet remains in showroom condition while driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fleet maintenance schedules, dry docking, and repairs; ensure 100% compliance with UAE maritime laws.
- Oversee end to end preparation of vessels; develop and implement SOPs for consistent white glove service.
- Mentor captains, deckhands, and stewards to uphold safety, discretion, and hospitality standards.
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
