Operations Associate (Driver Operations, onboarding, offline presence)

About the Role

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between the local team, the UAE Driver Operations Manager, and other departments.
• Develop data-driven and qualitative insight into the UAE supply market, including regulations, driver demographics, and regional challenges.
• Implement local frameworks, best practices, and standards to resolve localized operational bottlenecks.
• Design, execute, and review strategic initiatives using localized data.
• Document and share data-supported UAE market learnings to grow the local supply market.

What You'll Do

• Work in an office-based role as the primary point of contact for Driver Partners.
• Support driver acquisition, onboarding, training, community building, retention, and growth of branded vehicles.
• Ensure KPI delivery, strong execution of initiatives, and accurate daily reporting.
• Conduct field engagements as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in call-centre operations, preferably within delivery platforms.
• Data-driven approach with exposure to analytics and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Punjabi, Pashto, and Urdu language skills are preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Workplace

• The role is office-based in the UAE and serves local Driver Partners.
• Field engagements may be conducted as needed.
