Operations Associate, Commodities Markets and Financial Operations | Market Services

1-3 years' experience within commodity or financial markets, with Futures market exposure viewed favourably.

Strong operational capability, including high attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Excel), with experience in data analytics, Excel formulas/macros, and using data to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Client-focused mindset with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders, knowledge of trade bookings and risk management systems, and flexibility to support peak periods, staff absences and public holiday coverage when required.
