What you offer
2-5 years’ experience in product control, market risk, valuation control or a similar role within a trading or investment banking environment.
Experience supporting commodities trading, ideally across oil, gas, power, carbon or physical products.
Understanding of physical logistics such as storage, shipping and pipeline activity, alongside financial instruments including swaps, futures and options.
Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail and a practical control mindset.
Familiarity with coding languages such as Python, SQL or VBA would be advantageous.
Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging front office where required.
